Our Mission: Off Roster Solutions, an American, veteran owned company, is dedicated to providing unmatched, constantly evolving defensive training and safety consulting services to both individuals and businesses.

We are split into two divisions: The first being our Training Division and the second our Consulting & Research Division.

Our Training Division houses our defensive training programs, ranging from shooting proficiency to preparedness to tactical skills, empower clients to be confident and capable. We currently offer specialized programs and plan on offering more in the future. We’ve started with the “Warden” program we’ve designed exclusively for women; where we foster an environment of comfort, camaraderie, and empowerment.

The soon-to-launch Consulting & Research Division, with a laser-like focus on trust, professionalism, and expertise, we deliver comprehensive threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments, recommending tailored solutions through our network of vetted partners who offer exceptional service, discounted pricing, or both.
