Off Roster Solutions is the product of a love for people, a collection of beneficial skillsets, and a passion to help in any way we can.
OUR MISSION: Off Roster Solutions, an American, veteran owned company, is dedicated to providing unmatched defensive training and safety consulting services to both individuals and businesses.
We are split into two divisions: The first being our Training Division and the second our Consulting & Research Division.
Our Training Division houses our defensive training programs, ranging from shooting proficiency to preparedness to tactical skills, empower clients to be confident and capable. We currently offer specialized programs and plan on offering more in the future. We’ve started with the “Warden” program we’ve designed exclusively for women; where we foster an environment of comfort, camaraderie, and empowerment.
The soon-to-launch Consulting & Research Division, with a laser-like focus on trust, professionalism, and expertise, we deliver comprehensive threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments, recommending tailored solutions through our network of vetted partners who offer exceptional service, discounted pricing, or both.
Guided by our mantra, "Be real. Be dangerous. Be great," we uphold the values of loyalty, honesty, skilled proficiency, and selflessness. Adhering to those values, we diligently strive to make every client feel capable of protecting themselves and others, being prepared to help produce great outcomes.

“Be Real. Be Dangerous. Be Great.”- This phrase began with Kalani’s belief that people should always seek to achieve and maintain three common standards:
1. Honesty within themselves and with others.
2. Acquisition and refinement of protective skills and mindset required to neutralize violence, ensuring the safety of self and others.
3. Constant and consistent devotion to achieving beyond goodness to greatness.
With a diverse professional background, Kalani has instructed & led in industries such as shooting, private security, sales, military, and confined space rescue. As a husband & father of three, his belief in a man’s responsibility to build and teach along with a dedication to lifelong learning presides over both the professional and personal aspects of life. This belief partnered with his love for teaching and helping others acted as a catalyst to begin, with his wife Amina, what now is Off Roster Solutions LLC.

The first lady of Off Roster Solutions. Amina a.k.a. Mina is best suited for creation of ideas, smiles, and comfort. The renowned “comfort queen” is excellent at facilitating a relaxing environment optimizing learning ability.
A wife and stepmother of three. Having an understanding of both single womanhood and married/mom life alike, Mina understands that on either end of that spectrum, there are times of vulnerability and exposure where a woman may be responsible for defending her own (and her children’s) life. She now vigorously encourages other women to maintain their femininity and be ladylike (as it’s important); yet to seek training and gain the abilities to be prepared for the unexpected, uncomfortable situations that may arise.

A father of two young girls, Greg is constantly striving to be the best version of himself for his girls. Developing from his service in the military (U.S. Active Army), he has subscribed to the pursuit of lifelong learning. Greg believes that the road to success begins with a spark of inspiration but requires constant discipline and vigilance in order to bring that dream into reality. A practical thinker, Greg believes that solutions to unique problems require in-depth analysis and “out of the box” troubleshooting.
